These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HireClaws platform and services operated by ClawEasy ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using HireClaws, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HireClaws deploys AI agents ("Claws") powered by OpenClaw on dedicated virtual private servers. Each agent is provisioned with its own email address, Google Workspace integration, and Telegram bot connection. We provide the infrastructure, setup, and ongoing hosting for your agents.
You are solely responsible for how you use your AI agents and the actions they take on your behalf. This includes but is not limited to:
HireClaws provides the infrastructure to deploy and run OpenClaw agents. We do not control, review, or moderate the outputs, actions, or decisions made by your AI agents. AI agents may produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unintended results. You must review and supervise your agent's activities.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or consequences arising from the use of your AI agents, including but not limited to: incorrect information, unintended emails, data loss, business losses, reputational harm, or third-party claims.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you have violated these terms.
Your agent runs on an isolated, dedicated server. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to server maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party service outages (Hetzner, Google, Telegram, OpenRouter). We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireClaws and ClawEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of HireClaws after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
